The hotel was located within walking distance of the town center, and it was easy to drive to nearby ski slopes. the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests.
There were some major downsides. The pool was freezing, which made it unpleasant to swim in.

Christmas at this hotel was great! the food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town's center and close to the ski slopes. I also loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby, perfect for playing card games with my family.
The Wi-Fi was pretty bad and the rooms were a bit small. But really, the friendly service and delicious food more than made up for it.

This vacation spot has a great location for skiing and is close to the city center. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and cozy, making it a wonderful place to stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the delicious breakfast and were thrilled to have access to great facilities, including an inside pool and games room. the parking facilities were great and made it very accessible to explore the nearby ski resorts and the city.
The hotel could improve on ensuring that guests get their toiletries replenished daily.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent breakfast, great facilities, and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and a short drive to ski slopes. We were impressed by the cleanliness and ample parking provided.
